|
| What is the
difference between general admission and stand tickets? |
|
The
stands are located all around the track and
close to the most interesting point of view
of the track itself.
They are higher than the road surface and
allow a very wide view.
Each stand is provided by at least one maxi-screen
to see what is happening also in other parts
of the track.
Some stands are covered and all seats are
numbered.
The general admission area (the so-called "prato") includes all areas
that surround the track, except from the reserved
areas and the zones that, for safety reasons, are not allowed to
public.
It also includes small stands composed by
6-7 rows whose seats are not numbered. Maxi-screens
are available in the general admission areas too. |
| |
| Are all the
seats numbered? |
|
| The seats are
numbered only on the stands and only on Saturday
and Sunday. |
| |
| I have a stand
ticket, am I allowed to the grass? |
|
| Yes, you are. |
| |
| I have a general
admission ticket, am I allowed to the stands? |
|
People who
have a general admission ticket, are allowed
to the stands (except from the reserved ones)
on Friday only, because on this day the seats
are not numbered.
During the days of the event if there are
still free seats, they will be on sale at at the entraces. The price is given by
the difference between the general admission
ticket (already in your hands) and the daily
cost of the stand seat. |
| |
| What does
the subscription ticket consists of? |
|
| The
subscription tickets allow the entrance to
the circuit on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
and during the other days in which correlate
events are scheduled. |
| |
| Besides
the ticket service, do you offer any VIP package
including lunch or other facilities? |
|
| Yes, we do.
For information on these special packages
just call A.C.P. & Partners at +39 (0)2
76002574 or click here |
| |
|
| |
|
|
| Where can
I reserve the tickets? |
|
You can buy
the tickets at one of the following official
selling points.
During the days of the event we recommend
the purchase only at the booking booths, located
at the entrance gates or directly from the
staff in charge, wearing special tabards. |
| |
| When ordering
more than one ticket (in the same order),
will the seats be issued one next to the other? |
|
Yes, the seats
are always issued one next to the other.
If this should not be possible, you will be
informed and can decide whether to accept
the seats or reserve them on another stand. |
| |
| Is it possible
to reserve specific seats? |
|
| Please inform
us about your preferences in the “notes”
field. We will take them in due consideration
but we can not guarantee that your request
can be satisfied. |
| |
| When ordering
more tickets in different orders, the seats
will be issued one next to the others? |
|
Please inform
us about this request writing the order codes
in the “notes” field.
We will take them in due consideration but
we can not guarantee that your request can
be satisfied. |
| |
| I can not
use the tickets for the whole race week-end,
can I purchase it for one day only? |
|
Until 31st
July 2008 the tickets are on sale only as
a subscription for three days.
From 1st August 2008 it is possible to buy
them for a single day too, only if still available. |
| |
| Which kind
of ticket should I buy to my children? |
|
| Free general
admission entry to children aged up to 11
years old; full price ticket if on a numbered
stand, even if aged less than 12 years (no
children on adults’ lap). |
| |
| I am disabled,
what is the ticket I must have? |
|
| Free
general admission for the disabled while the
person accompanying him pay a general admission
ticket. It is available at stand nr. 25, with
seats for 120 wheelchairs, located near Vedano
entrance. The toilet and the car park are
behind the stand. |

to disabled? |
|
| Unfortunately
the places on this stand can not be booked
in advance. |
| |
| How can I
book a pass for the paddock? |
|
| Paddock
passes are not on sale. They are reserved
to the operating staff, to F1 teams and to
all the FIA staff. |
| |
| Is it possible
to buy the tickets on the days of the event? |
|
If you need
a numbered seat we always suggest to purchase
it on pre-sale. The capacity of each stand
is limited and there is the risk not to find
available seats .
Besides if you need a general admission ticket,
you can buy it on the same day.
During the days of the event we recommend
the purchase only at the booking booth, located
at the entrance gates or directly from the
staff in charge, wearing special tabards
The owners of a general admission ticket,
who during the days of the event decide to
get on a stand, could buy it (the so-called
“difference”) at the entrance
of the chosen stand if there are still available
seats. |
| |

you'll receive some e-mails from us.
The first one you'll receive means that
we are working on your order, we are choosing
the seats (according to the logic of the
best seat available), the second e-mail
warns you that we are preparing the shipping
and the third is sent directly by DHL to
tell that in the meantime we are sending
the tickets. The AWB code given with this
last message allows you to find out where
your package is by entering it on www.dhl.it.
The shipping option can be selected at maximum
10 days before the event.

this could not be possible, please let us
know by writing to tickets@monzanet.it |
| |
| How can I
get the invoice? |
|
| Please make
it explicit on the purchase form. |
| |
